At Thuvina Jewels, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or dislike of the product after delivery.

However, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:
• Order number
• Photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the package received

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

Customized, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Thuvina Jewels reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a replacement, store credit, or refund.
